First Oath After receiving prophethood from Allah, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to secretly invite people to Islam. Then the persecution of ordinary Muslims began. He thought that this call of Islam should be spread among all the tribes. For this reason, Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) went out during the Hajj season to spread the message of Islam among the Arab tribes like any other time. At one point in his busy schedule, when he met a group of Ansar at a place called Aqaba, he invited them to the path of Allah. And they got good treatment from the Prophet Karim (peace be upon him) and recognized him as a prophet and accepted his faith. Then they said goodbye to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and came to Madinah. The following year, during the Hajj season, twelve Ansar came to Aqaba in Makkah and met the Prophet (peace be upon him) and pledged that they would not associate anything with Allah, would not steal , would not commit adultery , would not kill children , I will not fabricate lies and will not hinder honest work. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Judas, fulfill this promise , but for you is Paradise. And if you transgress, He will not punish you, nor will He forgive you. This bayat is called the first to draw and bayat is called nisa. Contents of the first oath: a) Not to associate any partner with Allah. B) Not to steal. C) Not to commit adultery.
