Answer :

Azad Hind Fauj or Indian National Army (INA) (Hindi: आजाद Hind The Indian National Army ( INA) is an armed force formed by Indian nationalists . The force was formed in Southeast Asia in 1942 during World War II. In the activities of Rash Behari Basu, the Japanese authorities sided with the Indian nationalists and finally gave active support to India's freedom struggle. The decision to form the Indian Independence League was taken at a conference called by him in Tokyo on 26-29 March 1942. Rashbehari then proposed the formation of an army at that conference to achieve India's independence. On 22 June 1942, he convened the second conference of the League in Bangkok. At that conference, a proposal was accepted to invite him to join the league and take over the presidency of Rash Behari. Indian soldiers captured by the Japanese on the Malay and Burma fronts were encouraged to join the Indian Independence League and the armed wing of the League, the Indian National Army.
