In 1979, the United States Defense Forces first used the Internet. In the beginning, only the US Department of Defense used this internet system for their research needs. At that time NSF took charge of the Internet. NSF provides technical support for the Internet. Computer scientists at the U.S. Department of Defense developed the first internal communication system in just four computers. It had three computers in California and one in Utah. The name of this communication system was 'Dapernet'. Then just the history of success. The history of the wonderful success of the world conquest. The name 'Dapernet' had to be changed in less than three years. The number of computers then reaches four to thirty-three. It is named Apparnet. The purpose was to exchange scientific information and other necessary information to prevent a nuclear attack. In the seventies and eighties, many more research institutes and universities in the United States joined the network. In 1964, the National Science Foundation of the United States introduced another such communication system for the general public, based on the growing demand. It is called 'Nesfenet'. Within three years, Nesphanet spread throughout the world. Many more small and medium networks have already been formed. This caused some anarchy in the management. The need for control in all systems is realized in order to get rid of this anarchy. There is a need to build a central 'network'. The network was formed in the early nineties of the last century. People around the world are familiar with a concept called 'Internet'. It has about 100 million members in the world today. This number is increasing at the rate of 10 percent per month.
