Talaba bin Amr , the forerunner of all Ice , separated from his tribe and settled in Yathrib (now Medina) when he migrated from Yemen to Kahlan due to the great flood of Ma'rib Dam around 300 AD . This area was then under Jewish rule. The Banu Koyla tribe was for some time the subjects of the Jews. Bin Azlan, the owner of the Khazraj tribe, gained independence from the Jews. As a result, the Auz and Khajraj tribes gained ownership (share) of the date orchards. In the 5th century, the Banu Qayla tribe was able to take control of Yathrib, and the Jewish tribes were hidden from history for a century. Muhammad (peace be upon him) migrated to Medina under the persecution of the infidels of Makkah (the idolaters of Makkah are called infidels in Islam). He played an active role in resolving disputes between the Banu Aus and the Banu Khayraj tribes of Medina. Article 30-31 of the Medina Charter declares the Banu Aws to be allies of the Muslims. From then on, the other tribes of Medina, including the Banu Aws, came to be known as the Ansar. In 624, Kab ibn al-Ashraf was killed by the people of Banu Aws. The Banu Quraizah were a Jewish tribe living in Medina. Some people of this tribe are converted. The tribe of Banu Quraiza signed the Medina Charter with the other tribes of Medina. But they secretly colluded with the Quraish of Makkah. The Quraish of Makkah attacked the Muslims of Medina. Which is known as the Battle of the Trench. In this battle of 628, the Quraish were defeated and fled to Makkah. On the other hand, the majority of the Jews of the Banu Quraiza tribe were killed by the inhabitants of Medina and the Muslim immigrants from Mecca. The tribe of Banu Quraiza was an ally of Banu Aus in a previous battle. When the people of Madinah captured Banu Quraiza for treason, they chose Sa'd ibn Mu'adh, the chief of the Aus tribe, as their judge. Saad sentenced the accused men to death and the women and children to be held captive. Saad was severely wounded in the trench warfare. He died shortly afterwards.
