I planted my potatoes in middle of February. When should I harvest them?

1 Answer

Answer :

You will want to wait until the plants start to die back a bit. This is usually sometime in the fall. You can also carefully dig around the edges to get an idea of the size.  This will also give you some idea of when you should harvest.
