I got a bundle of zinnia plants but the heat has made them turn brown before I planted them can I still plant them

Answer :

Yes.  Just make sure that when you plant them to add plenty of luke warm water to the roots.  Do not use cold water, as the shock will make sure they will die. -Birdy
