We watch for the bees when they start to sting the peaches.....then when the sun almost goes down or it rains, we pick them.....will take 2 more days to ripen.  we put some in a brown paper bag lay it sideways and double fold it with 2 clothes pins to hold it closed...........the rest go unwashed into refrigeration.
