Answer :

After the sun passes over, mix 1 teasp non-alcohol liquid soap w 1 qt water and spray......you might need to make this a couple of times to spray the whole tree.  When the leaves fall off....check on the bottle of dormant oil to see if this tree is included on it's list of trees.  Follow the directions carefully and wear old long clothes, hat, gloves, goggles & mask.  Don't spray if it is going to rain or if it is windy.
