Aren't the directions on the bag/ pkg but if not sow 2-3 seeds to the hill and cover 1/2 inch, space hills  about 15" apart and rows3' apart.  I have my rows 4' apart because I like plenty of room to get my roto tiller thru the rows without a chance of disturbing the plant roots. If u are going to hoe all the weeds out by hand u can have your rows closer, 2 1/2 to 3' apart
