Finding a good balance for discipline. I love my son and it's easy for me to be too lenient, but I recognize the importance of structure and discipline. It's easy to feel bad for doing what's really the right thing. Sometimes your child will be pissed off and upset by your actions, and they need to be. The world isn't going to give them everything they want, and they need to learn that actions have consequences.
