I don’t know much about raid but wiki says this “A single disk failure destroys the entire array because when data is written to a RAID 0 drive, the data is broken into fragments… RAID 0 does not implement error checking so any error is unrecoverable” I hope you backed up your stuff. You probably need a new hard drive, sorry. Take it to the shop first though and see what they say, or check some online forums to see if maybe its an easy fix. Is there any program or application that tries to launch before the error message? In other news, nice motherboard, I have the same one :) oh, you could try plugging it into a different SATA port… small chance that will change anything but worth a shot.
