answer:I’ve had a few 16 hour days. They are not very fun. I recommend shutting yourself in a quiet, dark room and sleeping until you absolutely have to wake up again. But I usually try to get at least four hours of sleep if it’s just a normal weeknight.

Last Answer : Having worked in retail for several years, I can assure you that the Customer is almost always wrong. ;) That said, it is often in the business' best interest to act as though the customer is right ... , though, the actually right customers didn't tend to be the ones to bring up that dreaded phrase.
