yes….i.‘ve done it twice. the first time was because the stylist was new and didn’t know what she was doing. I went back the next day and the mgr said, “I wondered when you were coming back.” he was very cool about it and fixed my hair. the second time I didn’t get enough taken off, so I went back and told them I needed more cut off. they were cool about it, but I felt bad that I didn’t say something before I left the first time.
