answer:Could be a virtual mixer setting, try opening up either your Windows default sound mixer, or any 3rd party sound mixer (Sound Blaster Card’s Mixer Software, for instance). Additionally, try reinstalling the drivers. You never know about drivers, once I fixed a PC that played NO audio by installing fresh drivers, despite the fact that the device manager showed the sound card was 100% functional.
