Is it possible to downgrade from IE7 to IE6 in Windows XP?

1 Answer

Answer :

answer:Can’t you just uninstall IE7 and install IE6? If I had to go about it, I’d do this: Control Panel -> Add/Remove Windows Components -> Internet Explorer. Once that’s done, reassign your default browser to Firefox or whatever else you’ve got, then do a registry sweep to remove any old ties to the program. (Try CCleaner.) Then I’d go here to get IE6 and install it. Might not be the fastest method, but I’m pretty sure it would work.
