answer:Only way I know how (without jailbreaking your phone) is to use the latest version of GarageBand from Apple: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum[equal]307108 I am able to import any iTunes song, clip the section I want, then export it to iTunes so it can be used as a ringtone. Problem is you have to be on a Mac and you have to pay to have the latest version of GarageBand (it’s not a free upgrade).
