Did you have problems and issues that required you to think? did you have a lot of memorizing to do? did you have to write and dig deep and analyze questions? did you have to read original sources? did you have mostly multiple choice-type questions? If you did the hard work that made you sweat, you should be able to write an essay and support it with proof that you could do just about any entry level job.
