answer:in outlook on the windows machine go to your contacts folder and select a contact. then go File | Save As... and select .vcf or vCard files from the "type of file" drop down menu in the save as dialog box. move the resulting .vcf file to the Mac and then you should be able to import the .vcf file into Address Book. go here (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=197026) for MS KB info on .vcf files and outlook.
