That really depends on what kind of VoIP Phone system you’re looking for. Since you only have 3 phones, I’d recommend using a Hosted VoIP provider like OnSIP. With them you only need to have SIP compatible IP phones and a reliable broadband internet connection. Everything else you need can be set up through their web interface that anyone should be able to manage. Hope this helps.
