Answer :

Have you tried using VLC, if yes just take off the extension ”.bia” then try again. You can also use VLC to convert files. File -> streaming/exporting wizard -> transcode/save to file -> choose an item -> codec settings (i use MP4) -> then where you want to save it and click convert.
