I wouldn’t pull your eyelash, that must hurt like hell. But definitely try to warm washcloth. It will be soothing and increase blood flow to the area, which will help it heal faster. I had a friend who got them before, they look like they suck. But she always did the washcloth thing, no harm and it cleared up relatively quickly.
