Outlook express is the free version of outlook that comes with windows XP. It is not an email provider but an email client. The provider is the company that provides the service ie AOL, yahoo etc. An email client is a program to send and recieve mail. Outlook express can be set up use a lot of email services but if you want to change the default email program go to internet options and then on the programs tab select the program you want to use.
