Read your car stereo’s manual – it might have a button combination you can press that will force the CD to come out. With computers, there is a small pinhole on the front of the CD drive that you can fit a straightened paperclip into which will cause the drive to open up, but I’m not sure if there is a similar hole on car stereos.
