With B- How would you have to commute? What would the costs of commuting be? Is your boyfriend also in school? If it is a one bedroom, is this enough space for both of your belongings? Where will school work be done? With A- It sounds like you don’t like the apartment. If you don’t like it now, it won’t grow on you either. You’ll become miserable there, and miserable with your situation. I’d go with the one that is cheapest, and you like the most.
