I’m not big on organization, by any means, but I once tried out Soshiku.com and I actually stuck with that for a while. You might want to try it out. Other than that, my entire organization scheme consists of a spiral notebook in which I try to keep everything from falling out. ^.^

Grants are ... students. But, in-state is based on the family having had paid into the tax system of the state.
