answer:I would think so if you can sit for the exam. Don’t know if you can. However, since you’re out of high school, have you looked into CLEP? It might be more in line with what you’re trying to do. You’d have to check with your target university to see if they’d actually take the credit though.

Last Answer : I am not even sure how I feel about them getting in-state tution. I have very mixed feelings on the topic. I guess I actually support the grant more than I do the in-state tuition. Grants are ... students. But, in-state is based on the family having had paid into the tax system of the state.
