The sad truth is that unless a person is very creative homelessness is a growing reality. Durring the great depression there was“The Poor House.” now our shelters are gI ing higher and higher populations of women and children and arefled to capacity. It is America’s shame and the legacy of the last 30 years “Government is bad” attitude.
