I’ll answer in order a.) No, I think that isn’t necessarily true. Plenty of men are whipped. b.) I think that either way (submissive or not) it is natural, but relative to the people involved in the relationship. I don’t really have any kind of statistics on “who wears the pants.” I’m gonna go google that, brb.
