Does anyone ever feel disassociated from the world around them? Why do you think you feel that way?

Answer :

I feel that way when I have seizures, don’t get enough sleep or spend too much time alone. It’s easy to not connect to the world, it takes work to stay connected.

If I wake up from one, I get residual feelings, but I think it’s only ever physical feeling, like being wet or having a foot buried or something.
