Answer :

I am not familiar with the Work and personally approach similar situations but in just the opposite direction. I find meditation to be very effective for sorting through problems…but instead on focusing on any problem in particular meditations goal is to focus on nothing at all or to achieve complete absence of anything. I have yet to ever get there but in the process of focusing on nothing it is the “noise” or distractions that are the first to go during the mediation and it sort sieves out the less important thoughts and many times the important thought/dilemma/question will remain and speak to me in ways that I may have missed or not seen before.
