Well there’s these 2 terribly modded and full of relationship questions and full of immature 7th graders and every single bad thing you can think of QnA sites – Y!A and Help. They would be perfect for your polls (because that’s part of what already goes on on those sites, but it’s one of the better ones). Also, there’s the polls app on Facebook. I would strongly suggest the polls app on facebook. But then again, you might not be on facebook. If not, you should be.
