answer:There are only two people (it’s two or one, can’t recall) who can and they only do it if someone has asked the mods to stop harassment/abuse and the like. So if you need help- it’s there if you PM a mod. If you’re worried about your privacy- it’s respected unless you’re back there calling people names and threatening to poke their pets with sharp objects. ;)
