I think someone asked a similar question and I will answer this one the same way. I’m a traditionalist, a purist; if it’s not a Crown Vic, it’s not a police car. Also, when I’m out on the road, @john65pennington, not that I am doing anything bad or wrong, of course, like speeding, I wouldn’t do anything like that :-), but I like to see them coming, I like to know what I’m looking for, and I am looking for a Crown Vic, not a Ford Taurus or whatever. What do the cops want? They have to drive them, they have to be able to depend on their vehicles to “perform under pressure.”
