answer:WinCE is not a stripped-down version of Windows; it is it’s own OS with it’s own unique kernel. Once you realize that simple fact, the reason you are having issues is pretty obvious. There really isn’t much for that OS. I hate to say it, but you are really better of with a smartphone or shudder! an iPad than anything running CE. To give you a hint about the power of WinCE, guess what my Magellan Roadmate GPS unit uses? I wish it were otherwise since I’ve seen some cool hardware (mostly tablets) running CE. unfortunately, they are all ultimately useless since there really isn’t much software that works on them.
