Do you think you could ever "put yourself away" in a monastery?

1 Answer

Answer :

No, I’d miss the real world too much. I’d miss staying out, or even just staying up for as long as I want, and eating and drinking what I want. And I’d miss people I know and love too of course. And they’d probably make me pray for long periods too. If I was to go to any monastery, I would definitly choose a Buddhist one though, all that meditating could get interesting.
