This one is really hard. Hong Kong is actually one of the hubs, one of the prime destinations for medical tourism. You can find quality, lower cost health care from many English speaking doctors there but people generally engage in “medical tourism” to really save money on dental work or plastic surgery or other types of elective surgery, etc. or for treatment that might otherwise bankrupt them in a place like the U.S., for cancer, something like that. I wouldn’t even know where to begin to find an high-quality, English-speaking podiatrist in Hong Kong. It’s just not the kind of medical people generally go there for, I don’t think. I’m sure there are some good ones, though. It’s a big place. Good luck.
