answer:I did this really stupid thing years ago when I wanted to lose the weight I gained from having my daughter so I I started going to the gym, I lessened my calories and started a herbal diet pill. I over did myself so much I had a mini stroke. I don’t know if that was some kind of freak ass side effect from the pills though. Just be careful. The longer it takes to get off the longer it will stay off so take your time.
