If the title has been signed over to you, then it’s yours and you can sell it. There should be enough boxes so that the title can change hands a number of times. Your husband “sells” the car to you, then your name would go in the buyers box, then is there another sellers and buyers box under that? You would then be the seller. Anyway, you should really contact your state DMV for the technicalities. But if he signed off on the title, you can sell it. You should take care of it soon. The states take car titles pretty seriously and you should make sure you do it properly, I think. For no other reason than to cover your own butt. I don’t know how much the car is worth but you want to make sure all your ducks are in row when you go to sell it.
