answer:I moved from the US to the Netherlands last year. I was fortunate enough to be able to visit before I came and select an apartment. What you’ll do is obviously dependent on your income and the duration of your stay. My best advice is to hook up with a local ex-pat community to help you navigate this precise sort of situation. I know you speak the language, but there will be a lot of things that come up where you’ll probably want some help.
