Alfred Wertheimer was the photographer hired by RCA records in 1956 to photograph Elvis. He took over 2000 pictures of Elvis that year, so it may be him, but I am not sure. @Whitetigress, the image of Elvis Presley is protected, so you need permission to reproduce it for sale to others.
