answer:I saw on a couple of sites that rates were listed by the hour, with a non-refundable hold-the-date fee (to be incorporated into the final hourly tally). I would recommend having expenses be separate (if something happens you don’t want to be out the cost of travel and lodging and food!) then maybe talk to your Uncle abut what kind of hourly would be on top of that. Because he’s family you could charge a low hourly rate in lieu of a gift. Do research what the professionals cost (I was easily able to Google that) and work from there. What a lovely opportunity for you, have fun with this!
