answer:I find telephone communication overall to be a very awkward experience. The lack of visual non-verbal feedback isn’t there, and I’m left floating – imagining what the person on the other end of the phone is doing. I can’t interpret intent behind the words. I avoid telephone communication when possible. The strange thing is that while I prefer in-person conversation with someone, my second choice is email.
