Answer :

For me depression is cyclical. It comes, usually in 6–7 month cycles but sometimes in as little as 3 month ones. Knowing that it is cyclical and that it will be gone again soon keeps me going. BUT I do not have severe depression, only mild (that I know of). Is there a real person (not one of us computer anime) that you can call and get some perspective from?
