1 Answer

Answer :

answer:Contact a lawyer. This is inexcusable. Usually a lawyer will take the case and charge you nothing, he just gets a portion of what you are awarded or what is settled for. I think the standard is the lawyer gets 30%. You need a lawyer who specializes in this sort of thing. I am so sorry your mom has been through so much. It’s just awful. I don’t know if it is different in Canada, I am in the US, because sometimes when medicine is socialized it is harder to sue, but there must be some sort of recourse for people who are truly damaged by a doctor’s incompetence.
