Answer :

There is never an excuse for rudeness. The answerer can say that he gave it his best shot and has run out of answers. He can even go so far as to say that the asker has framed the situation in such a way that there is no possible answer.

Last Answer : I think there should be some difference between the Remove and Not Interested button. Intuitively, I’d think Remove means remove this question from my queue, whereas Not Interested means “whatever logical steps you made to think I’d be interested, don’t do that again”
