answer:Grey hair is hereditary. I noticed my first ones at 21. It doesn’t mean it’s unhealthy, but I don’t think there is anything you can do to stop it. I don’t believe that there are outside factors, other than your genes, that can influence that. It’s not anxiety. It’s too many birthdays. BTW, are you anxious?
