Letting anxiety or depression creep back in, I’ve made a conscious effort for when the pendulum swings back from happiness, motivation, desire or among other feelings to stay away from what feels like quick sand or a roller coaster that has no sight of ending. And control, I can’t certainly control everyone or everything but no control of self means I lack ability to influence or change. In some ways for me this goes hand in hand with anxiety and depression.
