-I tried disabling/uninstalling and reinstalling/enabling the docking station through Device Manager but it ALWAYS freezes after I click to uninstall or disable it. My computer then gets weird. After I try disabling or uninstalling the docking station and then turn off my computer – it restarts instead. If I restart the computer then I get a Blue Screen of Death, stating a driver error. This is even when I disconnect the device. This is most likely the problem. You’re stuck in the middle and honestly no other troubleshooting is going to do much until that’s sorted. Here’s a possible solution, it’s just a specific order of doing the uninstall, but maybe it will help. I’d get that sorted, then get in touch with Themaltake, they may have a solution, or if you need a replacement, can get that started.
