He talks about Bush and Kerry and the war record. I didn’t find anything on video, though it might be out there. I found one video, but it was odd. It started exactly the same as the transcript, and had Trump talking about how horrible the war was. But then there was a break like returning back from a commercial and they were way forward in where the transcript was. They didn’t talk anymore about how Kerry was painted as being against soldiers or how Bush was painted as a war hero. I think it was probably edited so I didn’t include it here.
