It’s hardly a “slam”. Only an idiot would claim Obamacare perfect. Obamacare is the scheme devised by the insurance companies with the primary goal of keeping those companies in business. It was a plan pimped by the Republicans with great enthusiasm before Obama was elected and rolled out in Massachusetts under Romney. It sucks, but there is no denying that it managed the addition of 20 million people to the insurance rolls. Harris simply states that Biden’s plan maintains the status quo.
